Sessions with Annie are rooted in the classical Pilates repertoire, honoring the method as Joseph Pilates intended it to be taught. Every session is built around the core principles of the work… precision, control, breath, and flow. Whether you are brand new to the method or have been practicing for years, each session is thoughtfully tailored to challenge you, support you, and move you forward. You will always leave feeling stronger, more aligned, and more connected to your body than when you walked in.

New clients begin with a full 55 minutes designed specifically to introduce you to the method, the apparatus, and how your body moves within it. One on one, at your pace.

A fully private, one-on-one session built entirely around you. Whether you're working through an injury, building strength, improving posture, or simply deepening your practice. Every session is designed with your body and goals in mind.
Using the full classical apparatus, Annie draws from the complete Pilates method to create a session that challenges you, supports you, and leaves you feeling stronger and more aligned than when you walked in.

This private, one-on-one session is designed specifically for beginners with no experience, no equipment, and no prior fitness background required.
In 55 minutes, Annie will introduce you to the core principles of Classical Pilates, walk you through the fundamental movements, and give you a feel for the apparatus. Every session is tailored to your body, your pace, and your goals.

An advanced private session designed for movers looking to deepen their understanding of the classical method. These sessions go beyond simply performing the exercises, focusing on the finer details, transitions, technique, and purpose behind the work through advanced progressions. Annie will work with you to refine your practice while developing greater strength, control, precision, and connection to the complete Pilates system.
Ideal for dedicated students and instructors alike, the class offers an opportunity to study the method at a deeper level.

Each lesson is tailored to your individual goals, movement patterns, and experience level, using the principles of the classical Pilates method to improve strength, mobility, posture, and overall body awareness. Whether you're new to Pilates or looking to deepen an established practice, sessions are designed to meet you where you are and help you progress safely and effectively.
No studio, no commute, no equipment required.

Semi-private sessions bring two or three clients together for a shared Pilates experience without losing the precision and individualized attention that defines private instruction.
Annie programs each session around the group, working across the full classical apparatus with real-time corrections and progressions tailored to each body in the room.

Annie is currently teaching small group equipment classes at studios in the Flatiron District on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

Annie is trained in pre and postnatal Pilates. bringing the same classical foundation and attention to detail to every stage of pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Sessions are built around the specific needs of the pregnant and postpartum body, progressing and adapting as those needs change.
